Shoji SEKI Sensei was born on March 6th, 1950 in Yamagata (Japan). After being graduated of the Musashi Technological Industry University, he entered in 1973 at the Hombu Dojo of Tokyo as assistant instructor.

Thereafter, he became one of the main Sensei of the Hombu Dojo and one of the closest collaborators of Doshu Moriteru UESHIBA.

He also leads seminars all over the world, in United States of America, Brazil, Russia, Poland, Israel, Lithuania, Argentina, Peru, France, etc…

He is very concerned by the Aikido pedagogy and he teaches a fundamental Aikido in the respect of the principles and bases of UESHIBA O’Sensei.
